Grey's Anatomy 8x12 - Hope for the Hopeless Promo (HD)

In this preview of Season 8, Episode 12: "Hope for the Hopeless," it looks like everyone's starting to crack. Derek (Patrick Dempsey) flips a coin to make a big decision, Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Cristina (Sandra Oh) are fighting again, and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) looks like she's freaking out. Summary: Richard performs his 10000th surgery -- a liver transplant involving bickering sisters (Peri Gilpin and Nia Vardalos). Meanwhile, Adele Webber is found aimlessly wandering the streets; Derek and Lexie take on a supposedly inoperable neuroblastoma case; Teddy and Cristina try to steal a case from Alex and Dr. McQueen, countermanding Owen's orders; and Meredith searches for a specialty -- with Ellis Grey's ghost. We're not exactly sure what's happening, but it definitely seems intense. Check it out:

In Austin, Texas, girlfriends Julia Lucai, Arlene, Shanna and Lanna Frank meet in a bar to drink, smoke and make out with their boyfriends before traveling alone to Lake LBJ to spend the weekend together. They meet the former Hollywood stunt man, Mike, who takes Pam out in his "death-proof" stunt car. Pam soon discovers Mike's secret. Fourteen months later, Mike turns up in Lebanon, Tennessee. Abernathy "Abbie" works in the make-up department on a film set. Zoë Bell, Kim and Lee are all chased by him but the girls are tough and decide to pay-back the attack.
